All visits are by private appointment. Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge with 24 hours' notice.

All gold jewellery is priced daily against the AED gold rate published at the top of every page. Diamond and gemstone quotes are itemised (stone, setting, making charge) and valid for 7 days.

We accept bank transfer, all major credit cards and cash in AED. Payment plans are available on selected pieces above AED 20,000.

Every Altin piece carries a lifetime workmanship warranty. Manufacturing defects are repaired free of charge; accidental damage is repaired at cost.

Free cleaning, polishing, rhodium-plating and re-sizing for life on all pieces bought at Altin.
